Volunteers are the heart and soul of our organization.

All volunteer opportunities are time limited and project oriented so you can let us know what works for you.  We have an office and one part time paid staff. All the rest is done by members and volunteers.   We are not affiliated with any political party and do not endorse candidates.  The League is a group of dedicated women and men who work to promote informed participation and influence of public policy.   We rely on financial and volunteer support to make this happen.

Consider one of these opportunities to join our work, understand who we are, and help our mission of engaging voters and defending democracy.  Want to volunteer now? Use this form.   Right now we especially need help with  marketing , observer corp (County Council and Board of Education), advocacy committee members, and someone to oversee student volunteers.
