Virtual Listening Session Life & Health Planning*

We want to learn how you and your family have been affected in making hard decisions about illness or death during the pandemic.

We want to hear your stories:

  • Were you able to get the help you needed to make decisions about your loved ones’ health care, property or money when they were hospitalized? When they died? What happened?
  • Could you get the legal help to find out what to do when someone got sick or died?
  • What barriers are you experiencing with making arrangements for wills, and directions on how to care for your health, property or money should you get sick or die? How has the pandemic made it harder?

Your stories will help the COVID-19 Access to Justice Task Force make suggestions to improve Life and Health Planning resources, documents, and processes in light of COVID-19.  FLYER
