Resilient Economy Ensure that the community is prepared to deal with both positive and negative changes in its economic health and to initiate sustainable urban development and redevelopment strategies that foster green business growth and build reliance on local assets.

Master Plan 2030 development is underway. At the heart of this process is the idea that local government should invest more – and more thoughtfully - in its people and infrastructure. Through the summer and fall of 2021, the Department of Planning conducted a series of Community Engagement Meetings that were held in different communities throughout the County.

Six Master Plan topics will be discussed during public meetings in January and February 2022 asking for input on these goals and your assistance in suggesting actions to achieve these goals.
