MLK and the Strruggle for Black Voting Rights
On March 31st, from 6:30 – 8:00 PM (on Zoom) three Anne Arundel County teachers successfully nominated by LWVAAC to the Harvard Case Method Project are moderating a Community program: “Martin Luther King and the Struggle for Black Voting Rights.”
It will be an exciting program designed for the public audience, and one that models the energy, civics education, and civil discourse promoted by the Case Method approach.
Please see and share https://www.lwvaacmd.org/22case_mlk for details and registration—and encourage family members, friends, teachers, and community members to register, as well. (The flier also is here.)
We hope to see you all!
Thank you for your consideration.
Gail Viamonte, Vice President, League of Women Voters of Anne Arundel County
